  • Handmade and one-off items may include natural imperfections

These are not considered faults.

  • Made-to-order items: Arranged and agreed independently

Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • International: 5–15 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Prices will be clearly displayed before payment

Customs & International Orders

For international orders:

  • One-of-a-kind artwork and design boards
  • Sketchbooks with unique covers
  • Sale or clearance items

Colour Variation Disclaimer

  • Colours may vary due to screen settings and printing processes
  • Printed items may differ slightly from digital previews

These differences are normal and are not considered defects.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is faulty
  • Is incorrect
  • Is not as described

Please contact us within 14 days with photos.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including standard delivery costs)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected
  • Issued to the original payment method (including PayPal)
  • Please allow 5–10 working days

We may reduce refunds if returned items show signs of use.


7. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
  • Returns are not accepted unless faulty
